Job Description

To lead a small team of warehouse personnel which comprises 1 assistant and 2 storekeeper/forklift driver. Duties includes both administrative and physical activity of inbound & outbound goods which includes but not limited to:
- Adhering to the company Health, Safety and Environment / GMP / Quality Compliance requirements.- Leading and motivating the logistic team team to achieve our company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Organizing and delegating the daily operation in logistic, rectify problems pertaining to logistic activities.- Become the Standard Owner of our procedures in Waste Management, Truck Loading, Powered Industrial Vehicles and Pedestrian Safety. Participate actively in our HSE and Quality programs.- Work closely with our logistic partner, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless inbound and outbound materials and goods.- Conduct daily stock check of finished goods and raw materials and maintain optimal inventory of packaging materials.- To ensure forklifts and supporting equipment are in good conditions. Assist to coordinate with vendors to provide maintenance and services.- Perform regular routine checks / inspections of yard, warehouse, and stores to ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained.- Participate on the daily movement (loading / unloading / transfer) of goods when needed.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent- Must be well verse in MS office and converse well in English- 3- 5 years’ working experience on logistic/warehouse operation- Experience with SAP inventory system will be an added advantage- Forklift license (company will fully sponsorship to obtain license)
