**Head of Learning, Development, Training & Education (APAC) - Medical Device multinational
A US listed organisation and a leading provider of innovative technologies for the interventional treatment of Cardiovascular Disease is seeking for an experienced profile to undertake the role of the Head of Learning, Development, Training & Education for APAC. Role based in Singapore.

**The Opportunity
As the Head of training & education you will lead the development of strategies to suit the needs of therapy development. Your role will be important in the development and execution of training and educational activities for internal and external stakeholders and participants. You will be involved in the development of training programs to suit the needs of the therapies.

**What we look for:
- Background in healthcare, life science, medical device, or pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrate experience in learning & development, education & training within medical device field (highly advantageous) or life science or pharmaceuticals
- Proven track record in designing and executing training initiatives for HCPs
- Experienced in communicating with surgeons, physicians, and HCPs across the board
- Track record in leading and developing education strategies for external users such as surgeons and HCPs
- Experience in driving and developing the skillsets of the internal organisation for staff training, learning & development
- Can demonstrate experience within the clinical environment on live cases and support such cases
- Ability to identify training needs of staff and to act upon the training required in improving standards
- Highly organised and self-managing
