As the continuous demands from global businesses, we are looking for passionate Group Learning & Development Head to join our global Smart Home team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will lead the overall learning and development function for Haier overseas, including:

- Focus on the development and implementation of Haier overseas talent development projects;
- Establish Haier's overseas training system and ensure the implementation overseas;
- Responsible for management trainee program for overseas talents;
- In charge of business, supply chain and product management trainee team management;
- Develop the training system for overseas small microenterprise owners;
- Overall development and construction of overseas HR team.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Good education background with at least 15 years of global L&D experience in MNCs.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee development programs in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in leading global project teams and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with both overseas and Chinese stakeholders and turn insights into actions.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Strong leadership and with data-driven and solution-orientated mind-set.
