We are currently in search of a Lead Principal Engineer for Yield & Product Engineering to join us in a technical leadership role. As a part of this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our organization's digitalization roadmap, while also focusing on people development and building relationships with individuals at all levels.

In your new role you will:

- Responsible for a **portfolio of **IC products **to support increasing volume in Infineon.
- Responsible for **Continuous Backend Yield Monitoring, Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.**:

- Implement **Statistical Part Average Testing, Dynamic PAT **& **Advanced Maverick Screening Methodologies on Non Turnkey parts in Infineon.**:

- Develop **Metrics to Monitor In-line Process **& **Final Test **performance monitoring.
- Work to **develop Data Automation Roadmap **to enable tools to improve Product Engineering job efficiency & analytics capabilities.
- **Work with Product Engineering Tools team **to deliver new and efficient tools for Product Engineers (PE).
- Be a **Data Analysis Subject Matter expert in APAC **region & deliver training to Infineon, Product & Test Engineering.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Bachelor Degree or Master Degree i **n Computer Science, Data science or Statistics or Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics.
- **More than **4 years' experience in Advanced Data Analysis **and/or Product Engineering background **dealing with Power devices (IC, MCM etc.) **in **High Volume manufacturing.**:

- **Excellent people leadership skills, **good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data tools such as JMP, Spotfire, CEDA, Galaxy Examinator, KNIME. (Data analytic & tools)
- **Knowledge of advanced scripting languages **such as SQL, R, Python and advanced **graphing & visualization, advanced statistics & modelling.**:

- Knowledge of **Machine Learning Knowledge is a plus **.
