**Job Description**:
1. lst level helpdesk to respond to calls

2. Provide first call resolution to users who called into our hotline which is public facing, advising on issues

3. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.

4. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

5. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact

6. Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback

8. Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent

9. Able to take stress of answering calls from members of public

Skills Requirement

1. Minimum 12 months of call center environment

2. Education background: Minimum O Level and above

Timing

1. Comfortable with rotational shift

(24 hours shifting)

2. 44 hours per week (5.5 days of work)

3. Monday-Sunday (including public holiday)

4. Shifting Schedule

Morning/Afternoon Shift

(7.30am-11pm)

Night Shift

(10pm-7am /11pm-8am)
