Eligibility

If you have worked and led at senior levels in Strategy, Operations, Risk or Investment, Marketing and Sales at leading insurers in the **Life & Annuity insurance** business, we would like to discuss opportunities with you.
- You have strong networks into insurance industry technology solutions decision makers (CxO, VP’s, Head of’s) across geographies (JAPAC and/or MEA)
- Deep expertise in insurance, knowledge of related technology solutions and key drivers influencing buying decisions
- Demonstrated strategic selling, commercial, negotiation and relationship building experience
- Ability to join the dots on industry trends and changes, business needs, technology solutions and related services
- Ability to use Digital tools to create awareness of technology solutions and services value propositions
- High degree of energy, commitment and drive along with superior communication and presentation skills
- Graduate degree in Business, Insurance, Finance or Systems Engineering with excellent English written and oral communication skills

- Create awareness of technology solutions and services in the marketplace
- Develop marketing approaches, conduct webinars, round table events with key insurers and industry partners.
- Develop and enhance partnerships with complementary solution and service providers
- Bring your hunter streak in generating leads and creating a strong sales pipeline. Meet the sales targets established for the regional business
- Build trusted relationships with customer sourcing, negotiate appropriate terms for the ordering documents and manage all approvals for the contract
- Collaborate across functional teams in Oracle - Engineering, Solution, License Sales, and craft winning sales bids and strategies
- Articulate and convince decision makers on the overall Oracle solution value proposition
- Ensure compliance with Oracle Sales processes and policies
- Maintain high focus on customer satisfaction and develop referenceable clients
- Collaborate across group leadership team (Business, Delivery & Operations) in enabling overall strategy and growth of the technology consulting business
- Bring curiosity towards technology with ability to self-start and work remotely

This is a senior individual contributor position reporting directly into the Global Head of Consulting and comes with a competitive salary and commissions.
