We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Product Analyst, Data, Analytics and AI.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

In this role you will
- As a data analyst for Deposits and Transactions, you will analyse deposits and transaction data to identify trends in account usage, customer behaviour, and balance performance
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Perform data modelling and scenario analysis to deliver insights that support the development and enhancement of deposit product offerings
- Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure consistent reporting across channels
- Track and report on business performance metrics such as account and balance growth, transaction volumes, net flows, and net interest margins. In addition, provide self-service access to data for stakeholders through delivery of dashboards and visualizations
- Work hand in hand with products, marketing and campaigns team on target audience selection and leads deployment
- Perform post campaign analysis on response rate, incremental outcomes and profitability
- Responsible for governance of models used to support the deposits and transaction portfolio
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Python and SQL to perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), data exploration and campaigns analysis. Experience with developing Machine Learning models would be a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
