Singapore C3 AI Full time

C3 AI Ex Machina allows business analysts, data analysts, and data scientists to rapidly develop AI analytics on big data in a visual interface without writing code.

The Enterprise Analytics Consultant - Singapore will work with Services, Product, and Sales leads to drive the adoption of C3 AI Ex Machina within the customer accounts. You will work collaboratively with internal and customer teams to identify use cases, quantify and track the business value, and work across business and technical teams to support the successful delivery and usage of C3 AI Ex Machina.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Drive adoption of C3 AI Ex Machina by collaborating with our customers to achieve successful project deployments.
- Lead customer engagements to perform implementation activities in collaboration with C3.ai Application Development, Products, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Advise customers on future C3 AI Ex Machina use cases and setup expansion to further C3.ai solutions.
- Lead scoping workshops with the customer to identify new C3 AI Ex Machina use cases that drive business value, and translate use cases into requirements and specifications.
- Execute customer enablement and training.
- Develop polished deliverables to enable customer success.
- Assist in the building of key training materials and templates within C3 AI Ex Machina to ease customer onboarding.
- Effectively and proactively communicate with customers to build trusted advisor relationships.
- Quantify and track value metrics that can be realized from C3 AI Ex Machina implementations.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications and unit testing of C3 AI Ex Machina data ingestion and data science workflows
- Participate in the development of documentation, technical procedures and user support guides.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or similarly related fields.
- 4+ years of work experience, including 2+ in technical project management or technical consulting, along with demonstrating software products and presenting technical deep-dives.
- Experience with analytics products such as Alteryx, SPSS, Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Basic understanding of machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics tools.
- Ability to successfully communicate and work with senior executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project, providing leadership in both.
- Effectively work across customer and internal teams to problem solve, define scope, write technical specifications, quantify and track success metrics, and manage against a plan.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to, improve, and promote continuously developing processes.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
