**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support for HSD Advance Medical Directive Act to ensure smooth and timely operation, including to
- Assist in the registration made by members of the public.
- Conduct a search of the AMD registry when formal search requests are made.
- Assist in managing the AMD general line.
- Maintain the AMD database
- HSD Projects/Programmes (including HSDP and MOH funded projects) support: Support Managers/Senior Managers/Supervisors in the administrative areas of projects including communication with projects /programmes officers/directors on matters related to the projects, tracking of data related to the projects/programmes.
- Also administrative areas such as secretariat and admin support for meetings, including coordination / communication of meetings, notes of meeting recording, etc.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree with minimum 1-year working experience
- Good organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently on assigned work areas / scope
- Able to report, in a timely manner, to Managers / Senior Managers/Supervisors
- Proficient in writing and communication skills
- Ability in project/program management will be an advantage
- Experience in healthcare-related frontline or customer service will be an advantage
