**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the IT team, including system administrators, technical support personnel, and customer service team.
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with external clients, providing technical support and solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, including with sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure timely response and resolution of customer needs.
- Manage IT projects, including internal system upgrades and custom requirements from clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, cultivate technical capabilities and service awareness among team members, and enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Track product performance metrics and formulate improvement plans based on data analysis.
- Optimize products constantly,ensure product planning aligns with market demands and customer feedback; communicate with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Identification of new business opportunities by external sources,ensure sales targets are met and profitability goals are achieved.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including over 3 years of team management experience.
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills to effectively handle technical support and customer service-related tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation and team leadership skills to manage client relationships and team performance.
- Sensitivity to new technologies and industry trends, willingness to continuously learn and enhance skills.
