He/she will also oversee the work of other employees, including social media specialists. Marketing content and PR works, creating content, e.g. text posts, video, and images for social media. Promoting products, services, and content over social media. Scheduling posts. Interacting with customers. Developing strategies and campaigns. As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8 etc.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant discussions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Content Creation**:

- Generate compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for marketing campaigns.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize SEO strategies to optimize online content and improve search engine rankings.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Collaboration and Networking**:

- Cultivate relationships with influencers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's online presence.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and overall marketing effectiveness.

**Brand Management**:

- Uphold and reinforce the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
