Job Title**:Draughtsman**

Company: Interior Design/Contractor/M&E Company in Singapore

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit construction sites to take measurements and assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure drawings align with construction needs.
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Enscape, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and AI innovation tools for design enhancement.
- Knowledgeable in industry standard detailing (carpentry, M&E services, finishing details, etc.)
- Execute A&A (Additions and Alterations) interior and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works construction projects.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all drafting work.
- Actively participate in meetings, communicate effectively with team members, and contribute to project discussions.
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate a fast and efficient workflow with design software.
- Continuously improve design knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, relevant construction fields
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Enscape, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and AI innovation tools.
- Strong understanding of Singapore standards, BCA regulations, and other local construction requirements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Trainable and adaptable to new tools and techniques.
- Good eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to visit construction sites and work on-site as needed.

**Additional Information**:
You will be actively involved in Additions and Alterations (A&A) works across a wide range of projects, including commercial offices, laboratories, industrial facilities, and various other types of structures. Your role will contribute to the enhancement and transformation of these spaces to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
