**The Role**
- Establish and own relationships with key investment professionals at Asia Pacific’s top hedge fund managers, institutional investors, and private asset owners (family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals) to maximise their participation and engagement across our platform and investment conferences.
- Facilitate introductions between featured hedge fund / private equity fund managers and investor clients and be the main point of contact for investors to assist them during the manager screening and matchmaking process.
- Travel to event locations (Hong Kong, Macau, Japan & Australia) to manage the program agenda and overall investor expectations.
- Conduct lead research to build and expand our network of investor clients, hedge fund managers and private equity fund managers in Asia Pacific & the Middle East.
- Ensure all introductory LP-GP meetings take place as planned and coordinate internally with team members as required.
- Work directly with the Head of the Department to understand topical investor needs and help in identifying asset managers that would suit their current portfolio needs.
- Take advantage of working at the largest alternative investment research house (Eurekahedge, HFM, Real Estate Fund Intelligence (REFI), Private Credit Fund Intelligence (PCFI), Savvy Investor, Pension Funds Online) to keep abreast with the latest industry trends, investment challenges for private and institutional investors (family offices, pension funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds and endowments).

**Requirements**:

- Personable and articulate with very strong verbal and written communication skills (specifically listening and questioning skills), and comfortable presenting to senior-level investment professionals.
- Driven self-starter who can identify and target relevant investor contacts not yet familiar with our brand(s), and someone who is confident in their ability to establish relationships where none exist currently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Investor Relations & Marketing teams across the organization to achieve positive results.
- Interest in travelling is ideal or at least have no objections to travel as required.
- Any previous experience working within the financial services (particularly the asset management space) and/or B2B events will be considered for a more senior role (Associate/Manager).
