**About the Department**:
The T**echnology and Operations** function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify and review the completeness and accuracy of loan details pertaining to credit, trade facilities and securities documents into respective systems.
- Effect credit compliance review.
- Effect security documentation review to ensure security perfection.
- Effect facility management control of credit facilities.
- Perform collateral update in CDMS.
- Perform monitoring of effective take up, subsequent renewals and adequacy of sum insured of insurance policies.
- Safekeeping of the security documents for collateral pledged to the Bank.
- Participate in project endeavors undertaken by the department

**Job Requirements**:

- Banking experience desired
- Must be responsible, committed and diligent person. Good team player.
- Able to work under pressure especially when deadlines are tight.
- Able to work late to cope with increased volume and must be fast and meticulous.
- PC skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
