**Roles & Responsibilities**

Assist Head of Credit Administration in the following:

- Review the Bank's loan documents to ensure that the Bank is adequately protected legally based on credit exposure, and in compliance with the terms and conditions approved.
- Ensure credit transactions are approved in accordance to credit policies and approvals.
- Provide effective check and balance of all loans/debts securities portfolio of the Bank.
- Co-sign with Head on the implementation/disbursement of credit facilities upon satisfaction of conditions precedent and receipt of approved collateral.
- Prepare and submit monthly management and regulatory reports (e.g. MAS Top 100 borrowers) on a periodic basis.
- Render assistance and support as and when required by the Head of Credit Administration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate banking.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently within timelines.
- Team player and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
