Primary Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the research, optimization, and maintenance of the company's core products to ensure stable operation and high-performance performance;
- Participate in project requirements analysis, system design, coding implementation, and testing to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality;
- Deeply research internet technology trends and introduce new technologies and methods into product development to enhance product competitiveness;
- Perform performance tuning on existing systems, solve technical problems, and improve system stability, scalability, and security;
- Write related technical documentation to assist team members in understanding project architecture and key technologies;
- Actively participate in team technical sharing and communication to enhance the overall technical level of the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors with at least 8 years of internet development experience;
- Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language such as Golang、Java or Python, with good programming habits and code standards;
- Familiar with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend frameworks such as Beego and Gin;
- Proficient in database technology, such as MySQL, Oracle, with the ability to design, optimize, and tune database performance;
- Have a strong interest in internet technology, stay up to date with industry trends, and possess strong learning and innovative abilities;
- Possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to handle work pressure, and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience in large-scale internet project development or distributed system development is preferred.
