**JOB SUMMARY**

The role of the Officer, Business Support Team will be preparation of all contractual documents for providing financial facility to Corporate Customers. Contractual Documentation include: Quotations, Invoices, Credit Facility Applications, Purchase Orders, New Contracts, Contract Amendments, Contract Termination, Contract Maturity etc.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Marketing Department in closing contracts and disbursement.
- Support in daily administrative duties within the Department, such as:

- Regular updating of Customers and Suppliers data
- Ongoing filing duties
- Checking and management of existing and expired contracts
- Generating reports for the Department
- Assist in answering general sales enquiries and phone-calls
- Accurate data entry to LAMP (Leasing & Finance advanced management portal) system
- Other ad-hoc admin duties such as:

- Arrangement of courier services
- Liaison with other stakeholders on behalf of the Department
- General research and support work etc

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Has working experience in Leasing or Finance industries.
- Effective communicator in English and Vietnamese for maintaining client relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.
