Position
As an Engineer at ASM, you'll have the opportunities to get involved in a wider scope of work compared to our larger competitors. While the workload is challenging, you are given the independence and autonomy to perform at your peak. This work requires thinking "outside of the box" in an innovative manner, so you must have the ability to collaborate with others to deliver creative solutions, work well under pressure and pay great attention to small details.
You are responsible for determining the most effective ways to manufacture products or service. Develops ways to increase productivity, maximizes efficiency and manages manufacturing space capital more effectively.

Job Description
- Project manager for Complete Kit Management (CKM) and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) field enablement
- Develop and scale CKM business operation processes
- Focus on refresh of Improvement Program (IP) for legacy products and influence new design IP.
- Improve upon existing design for performance and cost efficiency
- Monitor GSS products/service performance and drive FA & quality improvement, if require
- Build stakeholder team(s) in loosely defined cross functional activities to produce cooperative and collaborative efforts to drive and close specific projects on time and budget.

Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science required.
- At least 5 years' experience in a CIP/ engineering environment in mechanical or semiconductor industry, focusing on surface technology and clean solutions
- At least 3 years' experience in managing complex multi-functional projects
- Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities
