**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, and part of the Visual Merchandising Department, you will participate in visual presentation, and you will be responsible for display implementation of show windows, store rotation and seasonal launch, event display set-up and light box installation, etc.

This experience will enable you to get to know CELINE, our brand image and creative inputs defined by the Visual Merchandising Manager with the goal of increasing sales and in compliance with the brand image and company values.

You will have the opportunity to learn more about brand display guideline and the sense of visual strategy.

**Visual Presentation and Brand Guideline**
- Re-merchandise stores, implement received guideline based on sales trends, market needs and customer features, etc.
- Provide appropriate instruction & training to store manager and VM ambassadors, to ensure that the display is maintained up to corporate standards.

**Store Communication and Business Focus**
- Closely communicate with retail stores to ensure on-time and successful visual activities, such as seasonal and capsule launch, window and light box installation.
- Co-work with the relevant depts such as Merchandising and CRM etc., to understand the merchandising guidelines and implement the visual strategy based on business needs.
- Solve specific store visual merchandising challenges, such as lack of enough newness, late delivery, etc.
- Actively communication with Headquarters, offer proposals and following up with consequence,
- Be responsible for props ordering and allocation, VM budget and expense.

**Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor and above

**Experience**:

- Position requires minimum of 5 years of VM experience for international fashion brands and/or in creative fields.

**Competencies**:

- Able to work independently as required, and function as part of a larger team structure.
- Creative Mindset, self-motivated and a good team player.
- Result oriented.
- Proficiency in Photoshop/PPT will be a plus.
- Willing to travel

**Language**:Fluent English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
