Tea Lab Pte Ltd is the holding company for a local premium bubble tea brand based in Singapore.

In this role, you will be working closely with the founders to grow the brand's identity and social media presence during our expansion. Join us to play a part and have the autonomy in deciding what works and what doesn’t for our brand. Conversion to a full-time position is possible after 6 months.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media content to increase brand awareness and build on the company's branding. This would include filming and editing.
- Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines including writing, editing and designing of graphics.
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behaviour.
- Analyse data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Other marketing related ad-hoc duties

**Key Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu etc.) and familiarity with social media management tools.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Capcut.
- Proactive and independent, being able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
