This digital marketing intern role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of marketing within the financial services industry. You'll work closely with the marketing team lead and other professionals, contributing to the success of our loan brokering business while developing your skills and knowledge in the field.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Social Media Marketing**:

- Create engaging creatives and copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads.
- Schedule and manage social media posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media metrics and contribute to adjusting strategies for better performance.

**Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)**:

- Work closely with external marketing agencies to oversee SEM and SEO efforts, ensuring effective online visibility and lead generation.
- Provide input on optimising keywords and content to improve search rankings.

**Target Audience Identification**:

- Conduct research to identify potential target audiences suitable for our loan brokering services.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to target these audiences effectively.
- Affiliate Campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design materials for affiliate campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or recently completed a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Must be able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months.
- Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for copywriting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their advertising features.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and SEM campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in video editing tools is a bonus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for marketing and creativity.
