**Performance Manager Job Responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for a Performance Manager who has experience in Search, Social and ideally programmatic platforms. In this role, your responsibilities will be focused on driving best practices in performance and our team’s digital operations. Specifically, this will mean packaging up the different elements that make up performance, in the fields of search and social making it simple and relevant to clients across levels.
**Essential**
- Understanding of the relationship between Paid Search and other online and offline marketing activities including natural search and ideas for effective coordination
- Set-up, monitor, manage and optimise paid search activity
- Understanding of the key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and able to set-up, monitor, manage and optimise successful campaigns for the agency
- Experience working on The Google Marketing Platform - specifically DV360
- Experience in Search, Social and potentially programmatic reporting, able to provide clients with performance and result reports with ongoing commentary and actionable insights
- Provide on-time reporting to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs
- Ongoing client servicing including but not limited to optimisation and campaign progress, prompt response to client and internal questions related to paid campaigns.
- Ongoing SEM, Social and potentially programmatic strategy development and implementation
**Non Essential**
- Experience in programmatic strategy and trading across a number of DSP’s
- Experience to teach and train up other performance executives that you manage and onboard them successfully to the team
**Work Hours & Benefits**

You will need to be open to travel to client meetings and pitches - within and outside of Singapore pending COVID.
**Performance Manager Skills / Qualifications Requirements**:
- Experience in APAC across Social, Paid Search and ideally programmatic and delivering successful campaigns across these platforms
- Strategy experience across these platforms and for a range of clients
- Demonstrates a genuine passion and excitement for Performance Management
- Experience confidently explaining Performance Management and results to clients
- Agency / Media Market knowledge (Across B2B & B2C)
- 4-7 years of proven Performance Management experience
- Undergraduate Degree in business administration or a related field
- Excited by growing a business from the ground up and up for the challenge
