Join us as an Asian FX Trader
- You’ll be responsible for market making and trade execution of EM FX products for the benefit of NatWest Markets clients as well as managing any resulting risk
- Your role will involve making prices, executing trade for your assigned product area, and taking risks on the back of such flows to generate revenue
- This is an engaging and highly sought-after role in an exciting business area, and a chance to develop a niche set of skills

**What you'll do**:
As an Asian FX Trader, you’ll be managing risk positions within authorised desk limits and executing hedging strategies to ensure risks limits are not breached. You’ll manage the accurate booking of all trading activities within the relevant systems and provide follow up of trade queries to minimise the risk of errors. You’ll also create innovative trade ideas, provide comments to clients and sales regarding market conditions and movements, and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

In addition to this, you’ll:

- Provide consistent levels of pricing and escalate any breaches, risks, or weakness in line with policy
- Meet financial objectives, manage costs as set down by the trading head, and ensure that client pricing capability is consistent with the aim of capturing and increasing our client footprint
- Work with sales to widen our client footprint
- Contribute to the overall desk trading strategy
- Ensure your product area is compliant with dealing authorities, positions, and risk limits as well as our regulators' rules and regulations

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with significant experiences trading Asian FX, including either non-deliverable or deliverable forwards. Ideally, you’ll have obtained a Quantitative, Maths, Engineering, or Science degree and you’ll have eFX trading experience.

- The desire to work in challenging and dynamic business area
