- Process Analysis: Identifying existing processes within the business unit and assessing their efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with the organization’s goals. - Process Improvement: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks and enhance overall productivity - Change Management: Developing comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and risk assessment to facilitate smooth implementation of process improvements - Stakeholder engagement: Collaborating with various teams, departments, and leaders to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption of process improvements and initiatives - Data Visualization and Reporting: Utilizing your skills in figures and data to create meaningful and visually compelling reports for senior management - Presentation Preparation: Preparing polished and concise presentation materials that effectively communicate process analysis findings, change management strategies and progress updates to senior management - Project Management: Leading or participating in projects related to to process improvement or change initatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget - Training and Communication: Facilitating training sessions to educate employees on new processes and changes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As a Process and Change Management Specialist with proficiency in figures, data analysis and presentation skills in a newly establish unit, your expertise coupled with process and change management skills, will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the M25+ goals and objectives.

- Tertiary education, degree holder in Finance or Business preferred - Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Change / Project working experience - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and a team player - Keen to develop themselves in the profession of process improvement and change management - Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and eager to learn - Highly organized with effective time management - Able to work independently and get things done within the deadline
