**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy in all HR documentation.
- Support training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as managing supplies, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Track on staff attendance & verify the payroll done by vendors before processing salary payment.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably to have 2-3 years HR experience
- Entry level is welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in using Pivot Table/Vlookup would be an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prefer immediate starter / max. 1 month notice
