Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

- Actively participate and oversee food court daily operations.
- Manage all kinds of operation skills and issues.
- Implement and maintain necessary food hygiene and safety conditions.
- Resolve customers’ complaints and operational issues.
- Overall accountable to an area assigned (which consist of several outlets) be it for P&L, fulfillment of targets, SOP and policies of the company.
- Conduct investigations & prepare reports for all incidents happened at outlet and put up recommendation.
- Supervise and lead frontline operations of Drinks Stall and Food Court.
- Coach staff on food handling, service conduct and compliance to standards.
- Cover cashier/coffeemaker/drinks stall assistant duties.
- Ensure daily sales are accurate and timely reconciliation is done.
- Manage manpower and work schedules.
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues with HR.
- Manage inventories and COGS (Cost of Goods sold) and do ordering timely.
- Record water and electricity usage for all tenants every month end.
- Ensure prompt collection of rental payment from tenants.
- Supervise stall holders on food handling service conduct and related compliance matters.
- Work closely with tenants on their operational needs and service consistency.
- Source for tenants and handling the renting process of the stalls.

Any other duties assigned by Superiors.

Pre-requisites:
Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English.

Computer literacy including MS Word and Excel.

Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues.

Ability to foster positive working relationships.

Preferably someone with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Experience working in F&B sector preferred.

Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Ability to manage personnel.

Communication & Leadership skills, staff development

Conflict & time management and good organizational skills

Good in delegating multiple tasks

Salary commensurate with experience

Working hours : 8:15am to 6pm

Salary : SGD2,500 to SGD3,000
