**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Human Resource Executive works closely with the HR Business Partner to manage & drive the main areas of the Human Resource Function for all of its HUB operations across Singapore as well as the main office (HQ).

The scope of that role & responsibilities is to cover Employees Relations, administer the Human Resource Management System (WHYZE), and WECOM and all ad-Hoc Tasks. In addition, provide support to managers, supervisors and HSE as a new function. As a generalist supporting the HR function.
- Assist the HRBP to prepare employment contracts, acknowledgement of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR-related letters
- Be the deputy for HR/Admin for all work pass matters
- Be the go-to person for all insurance enquiries for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc
- Manage any submissions required such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc
- Plan, coordinate and organize, which are inclusive but not limited to meetings, events, etc
- Assist HR Operations team in generating SOPs for HR processes and ensuring compliance.
- Manage relationships with HUB managers, supervisors and operations ground staff
- Work closely with the recruitment team to handle the onboarding process for new hires, confirmation cases as well as off-boarding process for employee exits.
- Update Org charts for Operations and submit to HR/Admin for consolidation to management
- Facilitate internal transfer of employees with HRBP
- Facilitate employee issues, and grievances with HRBP
- Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues in consultation with HRBP within the business unit if required
- Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs
- Support the Recruitment team for monthly newsletters
- Assist special projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise.

HSE

Incident Management:

- Assist to submit i-report to MOM for any accident resulting in man-days lost, including dangerous occurrences within the stipulated timeline. Any changes to additional man-days lost, HR would update HSE as well.
- To periodically check on employees' recovery and provide necessary assistance for return to work. This would demonstrate the company's care and concern for the injured employee.

Inspection Audit:

- HR shall collaborate with Quality/ HSE to participate in monthly GEMBA walks (depends on work plan)
- Participate in quarterly WSH inspection walks

Risk Management:

- HR shall work with HSE to conduct generic RA in the workplace. This is to provide support in identifying, evaluating, and controlling risks to personal health and organizational factors

Statistics & Analysis
- HR shall assist to collect feedback via the annual HSE climate survey. Results will be tabulated and analysed by HSE to propose an improvement program

Others
- Any other HR tasks related to the working processes as per team operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
