In this role, you will be responsible as TikTok LIVE User Service Operation Specialist which involves transactions related inquiries for creator and sponsor on the platform and performance improvement & management. As the Operation Specialist of TikTok LIVE User Service, you will be responsible for the strategy, governance, and operational performance of the extended workforce across the region. The Operation Specialist needs to be agile and efficient to provide onboarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep the team up and running.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with creator and sponsor, negotiate and secure the best solution for customer experience
- Understand and evaluate the requests from different creators and sponsors.
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Analyze existing ecosystem guidelines and feedback review SOP, work closely with product, operations, and technical teams to solve various problems to ensure constant improvement of the execution of ecosystem guidelines
- You will ensure the program/project is successful through strong service delivery of core OKR/goals ( Latency, quality, wellness)
- You will proactively identify operational and performance risks and mitigations within the assigned sites and/or lines of business.
- You will crisply articulate team performance and any remediation plans to an executive level
- You are able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively and efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Good experience in large-scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units
- You can manage a complex team and internal stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Strong ability to think outside the box, multitask and work well under pressure, identify issues, and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in relevant categories, with vital customer experience skill and communication skill; social media savvy
- Able to judge priorities and be detail oriented.
- Good data sense and able to independently handle data analysis work.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
- In-depth knowledge of related local policies and laws, wide local public network and resources
- A strong sense of responsibility, be practical, reliable and careful
- English proficiency - strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders would be an added advantage
