**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**General**
- Own and regularly update Integration Architecture Standards and guidelines
- Measure and report OKRs and KPIs to make informed decisions: reduce technology diversity & complexity, improve utilization of existing technologies and technology stacks
- Create, update, and maintain the strategy and target architecture blueprints for integration technologies and platforms
- Support and collaborate within SDA (Software Delivery Art). Enable teams to use integration service offering to efficiently develop new IT solutions in-line with standards and guardrails
- Steer and support delivery of interface descriptions, interface-CIs as well as implementation of API Gateway, API portal (dev-portal) with strong developer focus in collaboration with global tech-X team (CoE SW)

**Client Management (internal & external)**
- Participate and contribute to IT architecture strategy of the bank by working together with the global architecture COE
- Provide technical guidance to development teams along the software development lifecycle

**Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management**
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

**Professional and Technical**
- Comprehensive knowledge about integration technologies and strong development background
- Extensive experience in developing Integration Architecture strategies and models
- Experience in developing integration platforms and establishing integration products for enterprise-wide adoption
- Profound architecture and modelling skills
- Expertise in Streaming, Messaging, File Transfer and Web Service solutions
- Knowledge of interface specification languages: OpenAPI, AsyncAPI
