About This Role

You will be partnering with our customers to deliver large-scale integration solutions using MuleSoft technology. As a lead architect, you will oversee the technical architecture and ensure best practices are followed during service delivery.

Create patterns and frameworks as part of an overall software blueprint, foster relationships and become a trusted partner for our customers, and deliver customer satisfaction through consistent methodology use with timely delivery execution.

Provide guidance on programming feasibility, alternate functionality, and performance considerations, complete and accurate requirements, estimate effort, design, develop, and unit test solutions, participate in and lead business and technical meetings, and provide project leadership with timely status updates.

IDentify and mitigate process and technology risks, build on existing intellectual property to create new service propositions, participate in pre-sales activities with our sales teams, perform quality assurance checks for client engagements, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients and colleagues on time and of high quality, demonstrate teamwork by assisting other team members across projects, share knowledge, and contribute to team meetings and events.

Key Requirements

10+ years of experience working with integration tools like middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway, proven delivery track record on medium/large digital transformation programs with private and public sectors, ability to work independently and as part of a team, MuleSoft developer and architect certified, 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience with v4.x core components and capabilities, proven experience with MuleSoft in multiple hosting and deployment architectures including CloudHub and RTF, experience with integration technology and delivery desirable in webMethods, Tibco, or IBM WebSphere, Project Lead experience across Integration, BPM, or Middleware projects, enterprise-scale full lifecycle BPM and SOA integration implementations, architectural understanding and experience with disciplines including Microservices, EDA, SOA, and Cloud Computing, experienced in process decomposition, analysis, scoping, optimization, highly experienced with standards-based technology - XML, BPEL, Web Services, WS-* Specifications, familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies, prior experience in consulting or pre-sales roles, strong problem-solving and diagnosis skills, organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, ability to communicate under pressure, excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
