**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BQ), using relevant software and data.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for tender submissions.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other departments for information gathering.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents to clients or consultants.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive costing.
- Evaluate post-tender clarifications and assist in tender negotiations.
- Maintain tender documentation and databases for tracking and future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with tendering experience in M&E projects.
- Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender submissions.
- Familiar with industry software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
