Our client is seeking experienced and driven **Senior Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors**to join their **Tender Department**, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across **plant engineering, marine/coastal engineering, land civil works, and sustainable engineering**.
- Site assessments and feasibility reviews
- Quantity take-offs using digital software tools
- Procurement and pricing strategies
- Value engineering discussions and workshops
- Tender interviews and presentations

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in the full tendering process from initial cost planning to submission
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical proposals
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical inputs
- Attend site visits and tender clarification meetings as required
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Minimum **3 years of relevant experience**, ideally with exposure to **marine construction projects
