Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clarity and accuracy of project scope.
Assess cost impacts, including value engineering proposals and variation orders.
Monitor and track project expenditures; provide analysis and recommendations on tenders.
Review and evaluate contract terms, addressing any contractual issues that arise.
Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and adhere to safety and industry standards.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Min 2 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor positions.
Location – HQ or Site Office (North, South, East and West)
