SUMMARY
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow Global Group’s business and ensure that the Group’s business activities are profitable, its assets are efficiently utilized and its financial position strong so as to create value for shareholders.
- Direct the Group’s planning activities and provide leadership and overall guidance in both the operation and administration of the Group.
- Lead the corporate communications function, ensuring the Group’s brand identity is strengthened.

**Advise the Executive Chairman / CEO on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and make recommendations on major business decisions**:

- _Keep the Executive Chairman / CEO informed about business activities, opportunities, potential threats and recommended actions. _
- _Determine resource allocation among BUs._

**Grow Global Group’s business**:

- _Build on the strength of the Group, make strategic partnerships, acquisitions and divestments to provide growth and satisfactory returns to shareholders. _
- Strengthen existing good relationship with principals.
- Bring in products that complements existing business and business strategy.

**Deliver the Global Group’s financial targets**:

- _
- _Monitor BU performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and action, if necessary, is taken. _
- _Take actions to ensure adherence to annual budgets and attainment of targets. _
- Improve productivity to protect the profit margins

**Shape and develop strategy and organization**:

- _Help determine overall long-range objectives and recommend their adoption to the Board; prepare plans and programmes to achieve approved objectives and oversee their implementation. _
- _Work closely with the BU GM’s in the implementation of all Group activities including marketing, operations and sales. _
- _Ensure that policies and procedures approved by the Board are being adhered to in all operations._

**Build organizational capabilities and a winning culture**:

- _Provide leadership to the BU GM’s by offering advice, guidance and direction on business matters, including operational policies and procedures, new business initiatives, and management of existing client relationships. Foster a success-oriented and accountable environment. Develop existing BU GMs and identifying and developing new leaders as part of the BU GM’s succession planning._

**Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.**
- REQUIREMENTS
- A successful track record of sales and marketing achievements with reputable organisations
- At least 15 years of senior management experience
- Extensive regional sales management experience covering Asia
- Strong general management skills.
- Excellent people management skills are essential
- Experience in FMCG or marina business is helpful but not essential
- Tertiary educated.
- Based in Singapore
