**Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the General Manager, the HR Business Partner is a stand-alone role responsible for all end-to-end HR processes and enquiries, recruitment, payroll (outsourced) and providing a team member first approach to our venues and support office.

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Overseeing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Coaching, training, and supporting venue managers to enhance leader effectiveness, provide autonomy and build rapport.
- Executing HR projects including Employee Engagement Surveys, team member benefits and HR lead initiatives.
- Being the main point of contact for all HR matter and enquiries, creating a cohesive and respectful culture in the business.
- Reviewing compensation, budgets, benefits and market trends, tracking and reporting on these findings.
- Monitoring and evaluating learning programs effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Preparing all HR administrative work and reports.

Skills and Experience
This role would suit someone who is highly motivated, self-driven and enjoys working autonomously. **You will possess**:

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, Business Partner or similar Generalist role.
- Proven experience within a large multisite business (ideally within retail, hospitality, entertainment space).
- Prior knowledge of local employment law and regulations.
- A passion for driving team member engagement & experience and implementing new strategic initiatives for Timezone
- Demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple competing priorities.
- The ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
