**Placement Analyst**

**We will rely on you to**:

- Assist senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
- Draft proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.
- Manage insurer relationship and monitor KPI to ensure performance delivery by the insurers.
- Support senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision.
- Run analytics and evaluate clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
- Conduct remarketing to prepare and propose recommendations on the best solution to our clients.
- Involved in projects to uplift revenue, improve efficiency and work processes.

**What you need to have**:

- Keen interest in field of employee benefits.
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work on a team.
- Demonstrable ability or interest in data cleaning, analysis, and recordkeeping.
- MAS qualification is required for this role.
