**What the role is**
- PSD has embarked on Project CUMULUS to onboard statutory boards across the Public Service onto a common cloud-based corporate system, Workday. Today, the statutory boards across the Public Service are using different HR systems based on their own HR processes. As part of the harmonisation onto a single system, Project CUMULUS will bring about changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures across the various statutory boards. The project team has implemented Workday for 17 agencies, with another 22 agencies in the pipeline.

**What you will be working on**
- [Specific Job Responsibilities] Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for: - Co-ordinating Change Management (CM) network meetings, agenda & follow ups. - Co-ordinating on the EDMs content & ensure Agencies send them out on time - Co-ordinating key stakeholders’ consultations including Central Team, PSD Leadership and align before executing - Co-ordinating key events including: - Workday Weekday (EDMs, Agenda, invites, participation co-ordination) - Agency Leadership Engagement & Training meetings - Ensuring that the Change Network engages & keeps the leadership appraised of happening in CUMULUS project - Tracking the completion of the Change Impact Analysis, providing key areas of impacts to the track lead teams (project implementation) as well as the support team (Change Requests)
