Singapore COMBUILDER PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Build test automation frameworks for functional and non-functional testing and communicate results to the wider engineering team.
- Maintain Gitlab CI/CD pipelines for Continuous Integration and collaborate with software engineers on issue identification and resolution.
- Establish test automation best practice and advise developers within an Agile team environment using TDD principles.
- Share in maintaining core test automation with the team.
- Guide and shape the evolution of the test automation infrastructure
- Define test plans and execute test cases for features assigned to you, including creation of regression automation.
- Create and own specific area of customer use-case testing, customer-reported defects to clarify problem definitions.

**Requirements**:

- Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related studies
- 8 to 12 years’ extensive experience in both manual and automated software test development using latest open-source tools.
- At least 5 years’ expertise with Test Automation with experience of creating test automation frameworks from scratch. Excellent working knowledge on Selenium Webdriver with Python or Java.
- Good knowledge on Selenium Grid and experience working with third party grid solutions is desirable.
- Experienced in developing test automation frameworks from scratch using frameworks like Pytest, TestNG or Junit.
- Experience in developing automated test scripts for Restful API’s. Good understanding of HTTP, HTML, JSON, YAML, CSS, XPath, and Restful web services
- Working knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools, preferably Jira.
- Excellent working knowledge on source code repositories, branching and merging strategies using Git and GitHub/Bitbucket.
- Strong knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD principles.
- Strong knowledge of automated build and deployment, CI/CD pipelines using industry standard CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL on any RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.).
- Basic understanding of public cloud infrastructure environments like AWS, virtualization techniques and microservices architecture.
