**Qualification / Skill Requirement**
- Computer Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to create cross-functional automation strategies and helping teams in implementing such strategies
- Development skills in one or more scripting languages (Python preferred) - Should be able to Script, Debug, and troubleshoot in this technology
- Hands-on experience developing Regression automation frameworks from Scratch (e.g. Robot, Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience in Cloud-native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to set up parallel runs across different Browsers/Operating System combinations - Grid setup(VM/Docker), integration with Browser/Device farms
- Expertise in automating Integration Tests between various complex cross-dependent modules - Managing test data integrity, Identify Critical Path Scenarios, API testing Framework using Robot, Postman, or Rest Assured.
- Ability to integrate the Automation Tests into our DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline and ensure the pipelines are less flaky and more stable - Knowledge of Travis or Jenkins or Teamcity preferred.
- Strong Technical Foundation - XML/JSON, Unix, SQL, Scripting.
- Experience in API And Automation Testing
- Deep experience in Testing Tools Selenium, Robot, JMeter, etc.
- Experience in Automation Tools like Ansible
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- Experience with DevSecOps pipelines
- Experience in testing Mission-Critical Systems
- Experience in testing Cloud-native solutions
- Ability to identify tasks/dependencies/risks during automation tasks and provide reasonable estimates
- Strong Agile development practices
- Great communication skills with an ability to articulate technical issues
- Coaching skills and ability propagate valuable automation testing practices within the team
- Ability to work with others in a cross-functional capacity to help share knowledge, collaborate on strategies and approaches, and resolve issues/dependencies
- Personal drive and intellectual curiosity to investigate, understand and diagnose complex issues
- Experience with modern single page (SPAs) UI web technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React
- Experience in developing User Interfaces including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, bootstrap
- FinTech industry experience is a plus (but not required

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
