Job Description**
Team Summary**:
Visa’s Asia-Pacific Corporate Strategy team based in Singapore plays a key role in shaping Visa’s long-term strategy in the region and solving for regional and country-specific opportunities and challenges, in partnership with executives and business leaders across Visa’s organization. Recent initiatives have addressed topics such as market strategy, product strategy, multi-year planning, and organic / inorganic growth opportunities across the region. The team is also responsible for developing thought leadership on emerging trends in payments industry.

**What a Corporate Strategy Manager does at Visa**:
Corporate Strategy Manager plays a key role in supporting delivery of key strategic initiatives across the region. Specific responsibilities include:

- Lead or support work streams on projects related to AP region’s strategy, competitive analysis, multi-year planning, business development, etc.
- Structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues. Build out unique, creative and impactful solutions by integrating insights across Visa's many expert functional resources and supporting collaborative solution development
- Develop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional and regional management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support
- Communicate recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise and impactful way

The Corporate Strategy Manager is a key player in the Visa Asia-Pacific Corporate Strategy team helping the region define and achieve its near-term and long-term strategic priorities. The Manager will work as part of the core team helping drive critical qualitative and quantitative analysis to support the formulation of our strategy. It’s a high visibility and high responsibility role given the strategic nature of team’s work in the region.
**Projects you will be a part of**:
As part of the Corporate Strategy Team, you will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects of strategic importance to Visa globally and regionally. These may include but not limited to Country strategies, Multi-Year Planning, Go-To-Market strategies, support for M&A efforts, studying new emerging trends in payments, and developing market and competitive studies, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years’ experience in a management consulting firm or similar experience in a multinational doing strategy, planning and financial analysis
- Experience in the payments industry highly preferred
- Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, with ability to participate in complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to develop content independently and prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently and ability to adapt to changes in priorities quickly
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Complete team player, able to work across cultures, upholds and promotes highest ethical standards and mutual respect in the workplace
