**Production Manager**
**Job Scope**:
1. Lead and manage Production Department.
1.1 Process improvement (in-term of quality and cycle time).
1.2 Resolve internal quality issue.
1.3 Production training program.
2. Track and report job activities of production supervisors and programmers.
3. Ensure production loading is meeting customer’s dock date.
3.1 Daily review job order issued and plan for machine loading.
3.2 Update machine loading plan to Planner for new and revise loading.
3.3 Highlight to Planner on scenario that re-schedule is necessary.
3.4 Surrender of job order within 3 days of job order receive if require support from subcon.
4. Ensure all machinery preventive maintenance is planned and executed (for both in-house and external maintenance).
5. Provide solutions to production team on productivity, quality and technical matters.
6. Proper record of tools preservation, usage and inventory.
7. Maintain workshop discipline, 5S and safety.
**Requirement**:
1. Experience in Precision Engineering (Machining).
2. Well verse in Mechanical.
3. Able to be independent as well as work as a team.
4. Flexibilities on ad-hoc activities.
**Others**:
**. **Production Manager will be reporting to Operation Manager
**.** Work closely with Planner on delivery schedule for OTD improvements.
**.** With support of 3 Production Supervisors (1 from Milling, 1 from Turning, and 1
from Deburring), 2 Programmers and 1 Processing Engineer which directly report
to Production Manager on all production activities
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
