Our client is a word leading global logistics serves logistics consultant, providing one-stop business solutions that connect people and companies beyond national and regional boundaries, through diverse logistics modes, integrating land, air and marine transport.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.
Management and implementation of all compliance and ethics related modules of the companies like anti-fraud, anti-bribery, Companys whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, etc. across the region.
Frame policies and procedures per global and regional leadership/guidelines and ensure every country is adhering to it.
Establish robust awareness and training methodology to ensure every employee is aware of the requirements.
Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. Also, evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Lead and conduct investigations or inspections for compliance or ethic issues, as well as monitoring the conduct of employees through reviews and providing relevant training and collaborating with the HR team to ensure the compliance on standards and regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor's degree in law with 6 to 8 years of experience in a service industry
Understanding of Logistics industry would be an added advantage but not necessary
Certified compliance professional is a plus

Well-versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices.
Ability to grasp key business drivers, integrate people initiatives with business imperatives.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to influence and build relationships across broad range of stakeholders
Hands-on and ability to multi-task to drive timely results
Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communications
Demonstrated execution excellence, attention to detail and follow-through.
Highly organized, being able to prioritize and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, comfortable with high volume workload and willing to "roll up your sleeves".
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and data to analyze, invent, and scale.
