This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. 1. Trainee will be introduce to the standard operations procedure of to the company, the range of products available in the company and key features of each products including the technical specifications etc.

2. Trainee will be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues and offer alternative solutions for challenging technical problems

3. Trainee will work with architects, engineers, and clients to design air conditioning systems including selection of appropriate equipment, determining cooling load calculations, and designing ductwork layouts

4. Trainee will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of aircon engineering projects, such as setting project timelines, allocating resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

5. Trainee will upkeep with industry trends and technologies, exploring innovative solutions and incorporating new techniques into project designs
