We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and provide technical assistance and support for our products. This role would be ideal for someone who has a passion for providing exceptional technical support and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot software issues and work with the development team to resolve them
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks to ensure system stability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software meets specifications and requirements
- Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, NodeJS and NextJS
- Knowledge of MySQL and Linux
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
