Leveraging the latest web technologies and intelligent automation, we continue to innovate and deliver next-generation systems. We are now hiring Field Technicians, with the following job details:
**Responsibilities**
- Provide front-line support for customer issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system functionality issues both remotely and onsite
- Conduct scheduled system maintenance
- Support new project testing
- Escalate issues effectively to Level 2 support
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Nitec in related engineering field
- Experience in customer environments and network-related skills is a plus
- Good IT knowledge in Windows, Android, and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network security)
- Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Strong proactive communication and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Willing to work extended hours when required
