Manager, Group Ethics

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the Group’s compliance programme which include developing and implementing compliance policies, processes and training.
- Help to implement an effective monitoring strategy to ensure compliance program is effective and adheres to the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) - 3 Lines of Defense Model.
- Conduct and track compliance trainings to employees across the Group
- Prepare and update compliance risk assessments and risk register to reflect emerging risks and ensure key controls are in place to mitigate risks identified
- Review data analytics results related to compliance programme (e.g. extraordinary payments, data loss incidences, etc).
- Support the implementation of data protection controls and mitigate date loss risks for the Group.
- Prepare disclosures for ESG Reporting
- Be a trusted advisor and business partner to leaders and employees across the organization to instill a culture that support ethics, code of conduct and compliance policies.
- Support and collaborate with other departments such as (not limited to) Group Risk, Group Integrated Audit, Group Human Resources, Group Digital - Cybersecurity, Group Strategic Communications & Group Sustainability etc. including the Markets and Business Units.
**Job Requirements**
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification and certification relating to compliance (e.g. ACCA, CIA, CPA, CFE, and any other relevant compliance certification)
- At least 10 years of working experience inclusive of basic background and training in the Big 4 and thereafter in compliance, internal audit, or investigation function. Experience in data analytics will be advantageous.
- Commercial compliance experience would be highly advantageous (e.g., Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Data Privacy and Protection, Conflict of Interest, Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Possess a good track record of integrity and a role model that is suited for this role.
