**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordination of Social Media Marketing and creation of posting content for all social media channels.
- To develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and leads conversion across platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Meta and YouTube.
- Create visually appealing and informative content that aligns with One APSN’s branding.
- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and friendly manner.
- To assist in partnership management and nurture good existing partnerships
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and future opportunities. To be involved in any other projects and duties as assigned.
- Coordinate efforts on event organization and management with departments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics).
- SEO knowledge and understanding of taglines to help improve search ranking.
- IT savvy and able to learn to manage new systems easily like donation management system, volunteer management system, enterprise systems, etc.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and growing audiences in Singapore.
- Experience and understanding of Digital Media Production and know-hows on Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc) will be a plus
- Attention to details, with the ability to work independently and in a team, to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to nurture relationships with stakeholders of varying levels.
- Positive outlook with a can-do attitude.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in fundraising, events management, sales and/or client management preferred.
