**Your day at NTT DATA**

As the head and leader of Security Consulting practice in Asia Pacific for the NTT Data Inc. business, this role will be the owner of end-to-end security consulting practice portfolio, resources, revenue, utilization and profitability. This role would be critical to drive security consulting pre-sales efforts, delivering and management of APAC Cybersecurity consulting practice. This resource will report directly into the Vice President & Head - Consulting for APAC region; along with dual reporting into the VP and leader of Security GTM APAC Business Unit

**What you'll be doing**

This position would be having following key responsibilities:

- Managing a team of in-country security consulting leader and their consultant teams
- Owning and improvising the Security consulting service portfolio in-line with GTM and client demands
- Lead pre-sales and own delivery, profitability and revenue accrual for Cybersecurity consulting projects
- Ensure that the team engages with clients acting as a “Spearhead” to help pull-through larger security technology solutions and managed security services business for the company
- Deliver and lead projects covering the following key areas in Advisory, Assessment and Retainer services:

- Security Strategy Consulting (SSC) / Enterprise Security Architecture (ESA)
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- CISO as a Service
- Threat Validation and Assurance Services (TVA)
- Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR)
- Secure OT/IIoT Consulting (OT)
- Security Operations consulting
- Cloud Security Consulting
- PCI DSS Assessment / Certification / Program Management
- Support and drive achievement of in-country security consulting billable utilization, revenue and profitability targets
- Lead security consulting pre-sales work (e.g. writing SoWs, proposals etc.)
- Be a valuable and contributing team member on large cross-region Information Security consulting projects, taking guidance from others leaders and peers in the APAC region
- Interact with the client’s senior management, including CISO, CIO, CTO and etc and provide strategic level advise on the cybersecurity domains
- Lead key information security assessment and consulting projects, such as audit / consulting, ISO27001 ISMS consulting, NIST CSF Framework Consulting, Privacy Impact Assessment
- Demonstrate strong skills in analysing customer business processes and technical environments
- Have good business, consultancy and technical skills commensurate with the IT Security Marketplace
- Provide consultancy advisory to client in closing technology control gaps / vulnerabilities in a practical way
- Designing and implementing information security policies, procedures, standards, guidelines for clients

**Experience Skills and Qualifications**

Needed skills and qualifications will include:

- Possess at least 15-20 years of working experience related to information security consulting with a minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience on GRC, TVA, Cloud Security, OT Security and Security Strategy Consulting practice areas.
- Required degree level education and track record with global certifications on relevant domains, including computer science, computer engineering and information security
- Possess globally recognized certifications including CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, PCI QSA
- High confidence and familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF and SABSA
- Highly experienced and comfortable to lead consulting pre-sales work (e.g. early client engagements, writing SoWs, proposals etc.)
- Has experience in technology audit, risk assessment, policy review and control review type of engagement with financial services industry, or other specific industry such as public sector and operational technology environments in the manufacturing and/or CII sectors
- Demonstrate excellent skills in structured problem-solving techniques, creativity and intelligence in the development of solutions to customer problems
- Be self-motivated and self-disciplined with a demonstrable and successful track record in delivering consultancy projects to all sizes of organizations
- Must have good presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences of both business and IT stakeholders
- Must have good written communication and report writing skills
- Must be a good team player and a team leader
- Demonstrates commitment to delivering projects within time and in budget and to a high level of client satisfaction
