**What success looks like in this role**:

- Responsible for the overall project delivery in Asia South including project P&L, project planning, monitoring of project progress and schedule, quality of deliverables, documentations.
- Responsible for the support to the client’s production systems including bug fixing, enquiries and providing professional advice.
- Assigning work to team members and managing the progress, quality and providing advice to resolve issues.
- Managing client expectations, building and maintaining good relationship with clients, acting as trusted advisors to clients.
- Assisting in developing new business including conducting presentation and demo on Unisys solutions, preparation of proposal in responding to RFP, estimating effort and timeline required.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 8 years project management experience in system development and implementation of banking solutions on Windows platform. Business domain knowledge in check clearing system and electronic signature system is preferred
- Familiar with entire SDLC
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skill and good team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with overseas teams in Asia including India, China and Hong Kong
- Working experience in vendor environment is preferred
- Working experience in.Net, Crystal Report, Web services, 3-tier architecture, SQL database.
