The role
As a Core contributor in the ISEA Marketing team playing a lead role in the SEA creative content development for digital marketing and trade marketing support for certain country distributors and traders in SEA to help achieve agreed brand equity, sales and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead content creation for digital marketing for SEA in collaboration with the ISEA Marketing team and external agencies.

1. Organic content creation with Creative agency partner / global repository
2. Digital Marketing / e-com Asset (photos, videos) creation with agencies
3. Website updates

Packaging AW design support for the SEA marketing team
Lead the Trade Marketing work for selected Distributors and Traders across SEA markets and Exports markets, including portfolio management, Pricing and Promotions in partnership with Commercial team.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business
2-5 years consumer products marketing experience, preferably FMCG, in Marketing function with experience across SEA markets.
Strong communication skills (with excellent verbal and oral English), teamwork, co-operation and mutually respectful relationship development skills.
Self motivated, action-focused, possess initiative, flexible, adaptable, be positive to overcome obstacles.
Key relationships with sales, supply chain, product development, finance and external customers & agencies
